I am preparing for interviews and I have no idea how I am going to answer behavioral questions since I have NEVER had a job!! I am 21 years old I started college as soon as I graduated high school after a year of basics I started nursing school and then I graduated this May! I can only use my experience from nursing school but that doesn't feel like enough. I'm hoping they will just not ask me any questions like that because I honestly have no answer. Any advice??

"Behavioral questions" sounds like a pretty broad category and I'm not sure exactly what you mean. You have been "behaving" since birth, though. Even without nursing experience, you'll be able to answer, "Tell me about a time when..." type of questions. Good luck and happy interviewing :)

Before your interview, think of some memorable clinical experiences/patients with ______ diagnosis/etc.. Prep for the behavioral questions (you can find so many on here or google)! If asked a question where you haven't had the experience.. It is ok to say you have never had the experience, but you would do ________ if presented with ________.
Here's a couple questions I was recently asked at an interview (New Grad):
Tell me about yourself.
What challenges do you perceive facing as a new grad on _______ unit, and what do you plan to do to over come them?
How do you plan handling the stress of ________ unit?
How would you rate your communication skills? 0-10 scale and why?
How would you rate your technical skills? 0-10 scale and why?
Tell me about your capstone experience.
What do you perceive as your strengths? Weaknesses?
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
There were definitely more questions, but that's all I can think of at this time. Make sure you have questions to ask your interviewer.
Best of luck!

As you may already know, it can help to practice answering some of these questions with a friend or out load to yourself prior to interview. As you read the questions above, you might right away have confidence on how you would answer some of them; however, sometimes it can be different when saying it out load and especially for the first time.
