I think the documents about your cases are what CA BRN will use to determine if your theory and clinicals are concurrent. I know cases are not necessarily the same as clinicals but that's a different issue.
Maybe you can ask your dean to write a letter for you explaining that you fulfilled your case requirements. If you received a certificate of undertaking upon graduation, that would also be proof. But neither of these would prove exactly when you completed your cases and so I really don't know how CA BRN will respond to that. I think your scenario is unique. If you send a letter to CA BRN explaining all of this, please let us know what the response is. Good luck :)
hi, we're on the same boat... i lost my clinical cases too... prc nor my school dnt have copies of it anymore... mine were lost... how did your application with BRN go? I had my school send a certification that i was able to comply with the required cases... i dont know if it would suffice...
Hi there! I have the same situation as you. My school and the PRC can not provide the board the copies of my clinical cases since they got rid of it already. I graduated 2009, so it's been more than 5 years. How did your application go? Did they reject yours? I endorsed my Nevada RN license here in Cali. I'm still hopeful though.

Hi everyone! I just want to ask to those who have the same experience. Im applying for licensure by endorsement in California, I have read about this concurrency issue, I understand that after I file I will receive a denial letter and the BON will let me study again, but the problem is, I don't have a copy of my clinical cases and I called my school and asked them if they still have a copy of my clinical cases, unfortunately, they don't have it anymore. WHat will be the result if I will not be able to complete all the requirements that the CA BON will ask. I'm am willing to study the deficient subjects I'm just worried that they will not process my application because I didn't submit my clinical cases.
