Hi Guys,

I found an old thread from 2016 but wanted to start anew so we don't have to filter through 20+ pages. I submitted my application in June and it was placed on the queue on June 21. I am still anxiously waiting for my decision letter. My 40 working days is on the 16 August. Is there anyone else that submitted this at about the same time as me that's waiting to hear back?

Also - anyone have issues with clinical practice hours in university from the US? I was short by 25 hospital hours, but I did 187 hours volunteering at a hospital while I was in school. They said to include that in my transcript of training, that it should be ok but it would still need to be assessed like everything else, which leads me to believe it should be fine, albeit still so terrified! I have my family and my boyfriend waiting on me to get there and I can't wait any longer!!

Did you try calling them? I had to call them when I received a feedback to reupload my diploma. I tried reuploading twice, but it turned out there was something wrong with my portal (they said).

I also heard that the cohort for deployment with chelwest is already full. Received my DL this Dec but havent received any feedback regarding my COS application.

How many days or weeks you had to wait for your DL after reuploading your diploma? I was told over the phone that feedback comes after another 30-60 working days, and I don't think it's fair.

And when was your initial queue date and reqse of DL?

Initial queue date was oct. 3, feedback was dec. 1, i reuploaded on dec. 2 (but it didint work, but i also sent nmc an email with my diploma), dec 4 another feedback because of upload problem, dec. 11 NMC saw my email and uploaded the diploma themselves, dec. 13 i received my DL. Within the 2 weeks though, I called and they told me to wait 30-60 days. I guess it isnt true for everyone.

A friend of mine queue date was on Oct. 4 but then she had to resend her Declaration of good health First week of December, received her DL yesterday.

Hi we have almost the same experience and I haven't received my dl yet. Hope we can get in touch. The waiting is crazy. My first queue was Aug 8. And i still dont have my dl :(

Oh no, your initial queue date was even earlier than mine (30 August).

What took it so long? Have they asked you to resubmit docs?

Hi. Yes it's possible. You can ask someone to process your Police Clearance. Here are the steps:

B. If Applicant is Outside Saudi Arabia/In the Philippines/Elsewhere:

For applicants outside Riyadh/Eastern Region, kindly accomplish/submit the following documents as required by Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs under its Note No. 94/70/19/37270 dated 03 November 2010:

Request Letter addressed to the Consulate stating the purpose of the Police Clearance and your email address;

Local Police Clearance with fingerprint from the current place of legal residence and duly authenticated by the nearest Saudi Embassy and Philippine Embassy/Consulate General (if abroad) or DFA Manila (if in the Philippines);

*MUST SUBMIT ORIGINAL w/ Arabic translation from the Accredited Translation Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Riyadh/Eastern Region and Authenticated by the Chamber of Commerce, Riyadh/Eastern Region, KSA

Special Power of Attorney authenticated by the nearest Philippine Embassy/Consulate (if abroad) of DFA Manila (if in the Philippines) for your authorized representative here in Riyadh to process your Saudi Police Clearance;

*MUST SUBMIT ORIGINAL

Photocopy of passports used in Saudi Arabia clearly showing the applicant's photographs and all Saudi visas;

Copy of Saudi Residence Permit (Iqama);

Two (2) recently taken colored photos with white background (2 in. x 2 in. size); and

Other relevant documents, if any, to support the application for Police Clearance.

The Embassy will provide your authorized representative with a Note Verbale addressed to and to be presented to the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs endorsing your application. After the approval is obtained, your authorized representative will bring all the documents to the Police Station for the issuance of the Police Clearance.

Furthermore, the Embassy may issue a Certificate of No Derogatory Record (NDR) to those who are unable to comply with the requirements of the Ministry provided the applicants can comply with the following requirements:

Copy of previous passport/s showing date of entry and exit from Riyadh/Eastern Region;

Copy of Employment Certificate during the period of stay in Riyadh/Eastern Region; and

Copy of Final Exit Visa.

To mieke19, I experienced the same situation that one document was missing so that I emailed and called NMC the day I found out this problem and they said I didn't send my document to them so that they didn't upload it. But the main point is that I post it all in one envelope, it's impossible that only one document was missing. I insisted that I have posted all by a tracking service and my agency also called them and gave them the tracking number. The next day, NMC sent an email to me to apologize that they found my document. So I suggest you to call them asap.

Hi! I'm also experiencing the same situation with you, as it was shown on the portal that all my documents were received on 12/28/17 except my Employer Reference form 1. I'm pretty sure that they were sent all in one envelope. I already emailed NMC and still waiting for their response...or would it be better to give them a ring?

Anyone here from Omanfil, or bound for KCH? :)
