Hi Guys,
I found an old thread from 2016 but wanted to start anew so we don't have to filter through 20+ pages. I submitted my application in June and it was placed on the queue on June 21. I am still anxiously waiting for my decision letter. My 40 working days is on the 16 August. Is there anyone else that submitted this at about the same time as me that's waiting to hear back?
Also - anyone have issues with clinical practice hours in university from the US? I was short by 25 hospital hours, but I did 187 hours volunteering at a hospital while I was in school. They said to include that in my transcript of training, that it should be ok but it would still need to be assessed like everything else, which leads me to believe it should be fine, albeit still so terrified! I have my family and my boyfriend waiting on me to get there and I can't wait any longer!!
Yes. I have been told to wait for review but it's been 3 weeks now. It's been quite frustrating.
try calling them directly. It would lessen your frustrations. If you just email them, they would reply with a generic answer. Or ask them who your assesor is. Sometimes they give out your assesors email address. Always hope for the best, youll get there
I have passed the queue stage. An additional doc concerning my language skills was requested from the nursing regulator of my home country and it was sent to them. I have been told to wait while they review the doc but it's been 3 weeks now. Just wanted to know if any evidence 2 applicant has been facing a similar issue.

Ohh I see. This seems to be a problem with your institution. I understand the frustration. Just try calling them and tell them your situation.
In my case, it was just the last part of the reference forms and the degree forms that needed to be filled out as evidence.
is there another way , aside from ielts, that you can prove your english proficiency?
Here is a link that may help~

Hello Snownursee
I just got update from NMC regarding my topic.
I was asked to provide an affidavit, international passport and a declaration from my school verifying my age.
Thank you for your suggestions
