anyone here who lost their prc board certificate? How did you get one and how long did it take for then to release it?

Replacement Registration Certificate

Procedure

Step 1. Accomplish this Action Sheet (AS).

Download Action Sheet for Registration Certificate Replacement. Click this link: http://www.prc.gov.ph/uploaded/documents/rd%20board%20certificate%20duplicate.pdf

Step 2. Pay prescribed fees at the Cashier.

Step 3. Present duly accomplished AS together with the Affidavit of Loss/Damage and receive claim slip at: Window 16, Window 18 and Window 30

Step 4. Claim your documents as scheduled. Please refer to your claim slip for further instructions.

Requirements

Duly accomplished Action Sheet
Affidavit of Loss/Damage
Official Receipt
Passport size picture with name tag in white background

The fee is more or less 300php and if I can remember it right, I was able to claim my certificate after 2 weeks. :)

been on queue since feb 8, still no DL. í ½í¸ž

is that your second copy? because i was told it will take 3 months for me to get the certificate because of the many signatories that will sign

Yeah. I had to request another copy since my previous employer in Saudi Arabia took it and didn't return it to me.

If I can remember it right, it just took me only 2 weeks to get the copy. Are you applying for this document in PRC Manila or somewhere else?

Yeah. I had to request another copy since my previous employer in Saudi Arabia took it and didn't return it to me.

hi! I think they will resume issuing dls after the 1000 charge takes effect for work visa. This waiting game is somehow making me really anxious.

Check this link page 11 of FAQ http://www.prc.gov.ph/uploaded/documents/mprcFAQs.pdf, it says that it's only 10 working days. :)

Did you inform them that what you are requesting is only the duplicate copy?

If they will really insist that you need to wait for 3 months, I guess the processing time recently changed. However, if you really need this document immediately and you're willing to pay extra, maybe you can enquire about their express service if it's available for this type of document.
