Hi. What if I am still employed in a hospital. What should I write on the "employment end date" and also what should be written in the reference form "finish date"?

And...

What are the specific requirements that I need to get from my school aside from the Barcoded forms which need to be filled up? Thanks

are you now in UK reviewing for OSCE? Is there any way we could know what these changes are? I hope we can all prepare ahead of time.

Hey! I hope someone out there reads this and help me out. Thanks in advance ðŸ˜€ In the reference form, is the street name the home address of the referee or their work address? I didn't mind this at first but then my referee asked me and I got confused. Thanks!

Hi! I remembered someone posted here that if you're still employed, write the date when the reference was filled out by your referee. Also, your TOR in theoretical and clinical practice hours should be provided with the barcoded form. Pls do verify with the employment end date though.
