Anybody here who took the Pearsons Vue NMC exam? How was it? TY!

Is it okay to put in the first day of classes on the 'date commenced' in the professional education and training tab?

Our college secretary can only provide the Month and Year but not the day.

as long as the date you put is the same with all the papers you will give the NMC. You need that date to be the same with your bar coded forms.

Has anybody here tried logging in to NMC ? Im a nurse from the Philippines and the prompt kept saying that my account has not been authorized yet which is weird because I already booked my CBT on the 24th. I already tried sending them emails but to no avail. Huhuhu

i think, u have to log in to ur nmc-pearson since u r still about to sit the exam... once u passed then u can log in to the nmc overseas... nusy check ur email and search which link they provided that will direct u to nmc-pearson... thats where u have to log in

Hi guys...help!i have problem with the application fee :unsure: :cry:

I took my 1st cbt 2 days ago and fortunately I passed. To GOD be the glory!. Thanks for the advs and forums shared here in this blog. However i have some problems with the application fee payment. I successfully paid the 140pounds yesterday and it was also reflected on the visa account that there was an online payment occurred and a reduction of the said amount on my visa account. However when I log in and check my nmc portal today,it still asks me to pay the outstanding invoice(which i already paid yesterday)...How long does it take for the nmc to update my application payment?does it like the pearsonvue that it only took seconds after payment that they confirmed and acknowledged right away my payment?or would i wait for few days?.:cry:

I reentered on Nov 11 and my husband on Oct 31

What about you?

Many said it will only take 15 days to get DL after resubmission. But my husband is waiting for DL more than that

Am a newbie here and about to take my IELTS soon.

I know this is way ahead but can anyone please help me with the documents that are needed to send to the NMC. I have read their processing but am just curious if the documents (birth certificate, TOR,RLE certificate etc) needed to be notarised?

can my 2 references be both senior nurses? do they need to write a reference letter? If so, do they need to use the hospital letter head? With stamp/dry seal?

I just have to plan this properly cause I am already here in the UK and gathering this documents might mean that I have to go back to the Philippines.

Hi! It should take effect in a few seconds, in your case, it's best to call NMC!

Correct me if I'm wrong but what I have understood is that you have to upload and send documents by post!

Documents that need to be uploaded are:

- birth certificate

- passport

- qualification certificate (college diploma)

- registration certificate copy (PRC board certificate)

- police certificate copy (NBI clearance; it should still be valid for at least 3 months once assessed)

via post: (these forms can only be downloaded on your NMC account once you have passed the CBT; they don't need to be notarized)

- form to accompany transcript of training (with the TOR and must be enclosed in your school/university's envelope with seal)

- registration authority verification form (submitted to the PRC and they will send it via snail mail [15-45 days] or express delivery [DHL costs 2,380 pesos, your documents will arrive in 2-3 days]

- Reference Form 1

- Reference Form 2 (these reference forms should be filled out by senior nurse/supervisor/head nurse' the company's stamp/dry seal is needed)

- Declaration of Good Health (must be signed by a registered medical practitioner; they should also have an available stamp/'trodat')

*** NMC might ask some additional documents depending on your case ***

Im happy to say I finally received my DL 3 weeks after I was placed in the assessment cue. :)����������

hi congratulations! If I may ask, I am having problems with what should I put in the 'date commenced' in the online application under my professional education and training because the college secretary cannot provide the day, just the month and year. Because of this, I cannot sumbit the application because a complete date is necessary.

Would the first day of classes be valid as the 'date commenced'? Thank you!

u can search and read the guidelines for overseas applicants from some sites. It will really guide you the steps for Uk application. But, i have to say that NMC have their own forms which u will process once u passed the cbt. These forms r for PRC and school to to fill up, as well as forms for your references... so theydont need to write letters with on a paper with letterhead bcoz as i said and let me repeat, Nmc have their own forms which will only be available once u pass the exam. So, dont stress urself that much with the papers at this point, instead, devote all ur time reviewing the royal marsden book for ur cbt exam! Best of luck!!
