Anybody here who took the Pearsons Vue NMC exam? How was it? TY!

Hi! I was just confused because I was asked by my liaison manager that he needs an NMC Part 1 pass certificate. Does NMC provide this? and will NMC also provide you with a decision letter once you've submitted all their required documents?

any thoughts will really help, thank you!

I dont think so that NMC will provide a pass certificate (paper-based) for NMC PART 1 (CBT). But the results will be posted on your NMC account and you will also receive an email regarding your passing.

Regarding the decision letter, it will only be release if you already done with the Full Assessment stage wherein you are required to comply necessary documentations.

You can buy the hardcopy or e-book thru amazon. The hardcopy will take time since it will be sent thru mail. But if you dont have enough time, you can just purchase the e-book.

Hi! I am from IPAMS and under east and north herdfortshire. I took the CBT last december 28 and I passed (it's quite easy. I ordered the Royal Marsden book through Amazon. It got to me on time, and I promise you all you need to do is have your basic nursing knowledge, read the end of chapter questions, and really understand - but not memorize - the CODE. study patient saftey, consent, the mental capacity act, very basic drug calculations, and very basic and common diseases like diabetes, COPD, parkinsons)

Right now I am in the Application and processing documents stage. It is sooo overwhelming! I have a couple of questions.

1. My passport expires on september 2016 but the DFA doesnt have an appointment until feb 23rd. Can i apply and lodge or send my application already to the NMC with my current passport even it is expiring in 8 months? I will of course renew my passport when february comes along but i dont want to wait more than a month before sending my application to the NMC just because i cant renew my passport right now.

2. how do i send my documents? WHERE do i send them?

3. Where do i have PRC send the documents related to my registration?

Hi guys! couple of questions...

Did your agency reimburse your IELTS and CBT fees? just wondering....

I've used my regular IELTS ACAD for CBT (i took and passed it in November 2014), luckily i've passed my CBT in July '15, now i'm currently waiting for my DL. My agency had advised me to take the UKVI for visa processing, said that there's no pressure with the scores now since this is just for visa purposes. what type of UKVI should i take? UKVI ACAD or UKVI General? hope you can help me out, i want to take the test sometime this month.

got my DL today.. was so quick - wasn't expecting it.

i passed my CBT - nov 17, 2015

submitted all my documents = December 2015.

Received by NMC and documented in the portal - January 4, 2016

Decision letter - January 11, 2016

kindly help me for OSCE prep pls.

im still here in the phil. and im not into any agency..

waiting for the COS from a nursing home.

any advice..
