update: file from saudi council just scanned today (scanned after 10 working days), now back to decision queu 11 December 2015, I sent the completed unregistered practice last 28 November. I was told again to wait 4-6 weeks for ID check.

hai how did you get the signature in unregistered practice form..how many yrs of unregistered practice you have..could you please reply....
3 mos... get it signed in jeddah, lots of people got their form signed already. just get the form, pay 300 SAR. and thats it!
