According to officials from the Pennsylvania Association of Staff Nurses and Allied Professionals, the National Labor Relations Board issued a decision backing an earlier finding that the Crozer-Keystone Health System suppressed nurses' speech and did not reveal information to the union.

Chief Administrative Law Judge Robert Giannasi found that Crozer did not share information with the union regarding the agency hired to replace the union nurses during a two-day strike in September. At issue was the Crozer claim that the agency would only provide workers for a guaranteed five-day minimum.

Also, the findings stated that Crozer concealed results from the hospital accreditation agency, the Joint Commission, with regards to its highest standards for infection control, surgical servcies and corporate governance.

In addition, the ruling indicated that employees should have been allowed to picket or protect in outside, non-working areas of Crozer property....

It seems too many employers are not negotiating in good faith as required by law.

I looked up more on this. Was the strike last September?
