Question: What are some legit NLNAC accredited RN-BSN online nursing programs? Reason for asking is that I'm planning on starting a RN-BSN online. thanks

What is "Legit" to you? To many "Legit" and "Online" do not go together lol.
"Legit" to me means an actual RN-BSN program.

Penn State University has an online RN to BSN through their World Campus. NLNAC and CCNE accredited.

I completed mine at Chamberlain College of Nursing and was done in a year. It is expensive but it was worth it. You might not need all of the classes that I took so yours may be cheaper. I enjoyed the program.

This site has been really helpful for me, when looking into the same thing. I'm sure the quality of the different programs varies a lot, but it will give you an idea of what your options are.
For me, Penn State ended up being the one I'm most interested in pursuing.
Good luck!

I'd start my search with schools that also have a brick and mortar school. I'd also eliminate and "for profit" school.
That will narrow your search down to the schools most likely to be legit and most likely to be interested in providing you with a good education and not just in taking your money.
Finally, remember that programs at the BSN level and above often choose to go for accreditation through the American Association of Collegiate Nurses (CCNE) rather than through the NLN. The CCNE credential is actually considered the higher of the two accreditations and most major universities choose them these days. So don't rule them out.
