Hey...I'm new here...and I've been reading your posts for a couple of months now. I just got my NLN entrance exam score in the mail. I feel it's not bad...a 131 composite. But, will it be good enough? I have a couple of months to wait for an acceptance or rejection letter. I feel like that's a decent score, but still not sure. Could you give me your thoughts?

100 is passing. Anything over is good. 131 is very good. Relax girlie! Bet you're in. PS....welcome to the board :icon_hug:

Congrats!! Your results should give a percentile from what I was told. My school pays LOTS of attention to that. lol

That's a good score. I got a 119 with 79th percentile for my school. I wish my scores were higher but the science section killed me. My school says you need at least a 55th percentile to be considered for admission. At least I got higher than that. I really hope that I get an interview. Where did you apply to?
Good luck
Thank you for your replies.....I'm in Illinois and trying to get into a local community college. I'm in the 92nd percentile, but I don't know if that will be good enough. I wish I would have asked how many they accept into the LPN program when I talked to my counselor. I am just SO anxious to know whether or not I'll be going to nursing school in the fall. I'm working in a doctors office now as a phlebotomist and receptionist. I'm so glad I found this site.
