NLN Results....

I took my test on 1/27....I read on here some people are getting their results back in 12 days...well that's today. Does anyone who took their test that day have theirs back? How about those of you that took it just before then...are your results back yet?

I was fine this morning until I looked out my window and saw the mailbox. Then it hit me. Now I'm a NERVOUS NERVOUS NERVOUS wreck!!

Alrighty...hmmm. Well I'll be waiting on the mail truck.

I got my results back, they must have come on saturday because they were in my mailbox today and mail doesn't come until 3pm. That really was fast, only a week for mine to come in and although I didn't do so hot...I didn't fail like I thought I would. I really wanted to do better to get extra points to get in but at least I still qualify to apply which was my biggest worry. Hopefully I'll get my CNA creditation in before the completion deadline so I still have a hope to get in for fall. At this point though, it looks like I'll be in for Spring '08.....starting to think about what I can do for a whole semester while I wait. Good luck guys, hope you guys did better than I did!

Im glad you got your grades back, nothing for me yet....Im now really really really getting worried. Im sure you will get into your program.

Praise the Lord they're in!!! First let me tell you how I found out they were in....I found out at 1pm--just as my teacher walked in give us our A&P II test...I struggled with the test and before lab started I drove home (thank God I have a 5 minute commute) and slid into my driveway (we still have snow and ice)..ran across the road to the mailbox and ripped the envelope open. I'm happy to report that I made a 135!!! I'm in the 97th percentile for my school (I think..not sure how these things are graded) and that should be enough to get me in...(I heard 120 or better). So I was shoutin and singin and oh so happy! Now maybe I can concentrate on this micro exam I have tomorrow!!!!

No word on my scores yet i am still at work, won't get home until 6pm and honestly i don't expect them to be there. Good luck on your test tomorrow.

P.S. Now i have terrible feelings in the pitt of my stomach. ugh

Yeah, I didn't even expect my envelope to be there, thought it was junk or a bill and then saw the yellow logo and my body turned to jello...I still had to walk halfway down the block to get home. It's so nerve racking.

Mystiqx sounds like yours will probably be in today too. Seems like today was the day for most of us.

YAY!!!!!! :yeah:Congrats.... 135 is DEFINATELY good enough to get in (im jealous, FYI) You should treat yourself to something nice, because you definately rocked that test! Congrats!!! :pumpiron:

The hubby is treating me to a date night at a very nice restaurant--we'll even get to play "dress up" and look presentable! Ha! The relief that it finally came and then the ultimate pressure releaser of seeing a good score for my school was almost too much for words...in fact, I don't think I used words--I screamed....loudly into my friend's ear who I was talking with on the phone. Ha...bad for her ears I'm sure. She made a 127 and my other brainiac friend made a 137. So glad the 3 amigos will get to go together!

Desert, don't sweat it. Your school will see you want this and want it bad. That speaks volumes!

Batman 24 if you see this, praying for your good results and calmness while you test. Isn't it 3/2 when you have yours??

Nope today was not my day, like I figured, i was hoping to be wrong, but guess im going to have to resign myself to waiting another week or more. :scrying: I keep thinking i wrote the wrong address on my scantron or the wrong date or something. The only other thing i can think of is they didnt submit the scores yet, i know they were having another Feb test so maybe they were waiting for that one before the submitted them for scoring ( seems a little unfair to me when i think of it but hey it could happen)

Hey Talulah, I applied to Concord, Manchester and Stratham. My hubby is in the military so I am coming back "home" to go to school since it is so hard to predict where we'll be going or for how long. I'm going to freeze though, I am in Hawaii now and it has been a chilly 60 degrees in the mornings!! :chuckle That's cold for us, but typical of the season.

I love NH though too and I am excited to come back that way even if I freeze my buns off! Just have to get that acceptance letter first!

Maybe we'll end up in the same program! Did you apply anywhere else?

Mystiqx, call the NLN and ask them to verify they have your results and verify that your address is correct. I had to keep calling them practically every day because I had a deadline for one of the schools I applied to quickly approaching and I needed to have my results expedited to that school in order to meet the deadline. At least this would put your mind at ease to know if you put the right address, etc. They may even tell you when they received the scores or when they mailed them, I don't know. But I do know that when I called, the lady verified my address with me, they were really nice. Here is the number for customer service 1-800-732-8656. Hopefully it will put you a little bit more at ease, but I know it won't be complete until you get those scores in the mail!!
