NLN Foundations of Nursing challenge exam

Has anyone taken this exam? I am taking it this summer and have had no luck finding study guides that are specific to this exam. I have the study list of questions, but not the answers or the background/reasoning behind the answers. I am an LPN from 20+ years ago, sooooo out of date and haven't been in practice for over 13 years now! Any suggestions appreciated if you have taken it or are in the process. Thanks!

Aww, thanks! I ended up buying a new Nursing Practice book and looked up all the answers I needed. It was a good refresher too, and something I can continue to use in my BSN program. Thanks for responding though! Wish me luck, I take the test this week!
