I'm just wondering do I still need to take the TOEFL or IELTS exam, I'm a U.S. citizen by the way. The website states the english exam is a requirement but do I make myself an excemption for that exam being a us citizen? Thanks!

No exemption if IEN, you trained overseas where English is not the primary language therefore you must prove English proficiency.

But you can take TOEFL or IELTS and I think the BoN just approved another English test.

You will need your credentials assessed by CGFNS.
