I heard it takes a month before you get your RN license after passing NCLEX. I heard you may get a letter from the BON that you indeed passed the board.

However, it's been almost 2 weeks since I passed the test, and havent received the letter. Should I worry?

I took the PN boards in 05, but yeah it was a month or so before I got the paper license. I never got a letter stating I passed. I looked it up online. It made job hunting hard even though employers could verify it on the internet. Sorry!

Years ago, I think it took me about a month to get my license. But it never hurts to follow-up. I went there personally!

I got my license in 01, and it took aprox 1 1/2 months to get the physical license. I did get the letter after a few days, and that was good enough to work under (I think for 90 days).
