NJ IV/Phlebotomy Certification Classes

My coworker and I are both RNs. We work in an Office-Based Surgery setting and see patients for both office visits and procedures with anesthesia. We have been seeing an increased need for us to start IVs or draw blood and would like to become certified/take a course. Does anyone know of any classes in NJ? Specifically Northern NJ if possible..Thanks!

Yes, you receive an actual certification. Make sure you register for "Intravenous Therapy Certification Course". Good Luck!

Rutgers University School of Nursing in Newark has Saturday classes on April 19th, May 17th and June 21st in IV certification. Why don't you check it out? It is a half-day class for $300. Go on the Rutgers Nursing School website.
