Hey guys! I'll be starting the fall semester @ the NJ campus. I've heard from a few nurses that I know that the school is great and produces good nurses. One in particular, her family member went to a campus in the south somewhere and did well. I have my fingers and toes crossed and clutching my purse ( EXPENSIVE) Lol... Good luck!
How was the Hesi A2 exams? @@ Kareema1218
Just took mine about a week ago..they were very simple. The exam was at a very basic level. The incorrect grammar sticks out like a sore thumb, and the vocabulary is self explanatory for the most part. It helps to have a little medical background, as they do incorporate some light medical jargon into the vocab section. As for math, most of the problems are adding fractions and cross multiplying to solve for x.
The composite score of english and math is all they care about, but do your best in the other sections as well so they can see your proficiency.
I recommend getting the reading comprehension section over with first, because my eyes would have gotten tired otherwise and I wouldn't have had as much energy to read the passages/questions. You can complete the test in whatever order you'd like. I recommend doing reading comp first, and then the vocab/grammar sections to finish off the Language Arts portion, then do math, then the science sections that aren't really counted, and then the personality questions at the end because they're fun to do.
Good luck! I don't think reviewing is necessary unless you have been out of school for over 10-15 years.
Hi Everyone. I just got accepted for Fall 2017, my only concern is if I can keep my part time job MWF 9-5. Does anyone know if the nursing courses hours are flexible? I have about 38 credits (science and electives) I am transferring so ill be starting off with the Transition to the Nursing Profession course and other nursing courses. If anyone can help me answer that question, that would be great!!

Hi everyone! I am thinking about signing up for chamberlain college at their new jersey campus, is anyone else enrolling? Also, I was wondering what people think of the education they received from this school, all of the posts I have been reading are a few years old and I was wondering about something more recent. Thanks :)
