Hi I'm working FT also and I'm starting nure 130 on January, I'd like to know how are u doing so far between work n school. I've heard horrible things that you cannot work while you're in nursing school. How are the class so far? How are the professors? I'm planning to tale night classes and working 7-4pm as a nursing assistant at hackensack hospital. I'd really appreciate any advice.. thanks

Congrats! Im currently attending UCC to complete some prereqs for nursing program at Rutgers. I have too many questions and wondering if someone could help me. I heard I need to be a Rutgers student in order to apply for the nursing program. Any advices? What should I do? Should I just apply to another program and then just transfer? Also I was wondering if they have evening classes? I would love your help. Thank u so much.. And good luck!

Hi Angelica! Did u get the info? I'm in the same position. I'm currently attending union county college and yes there's an evening program with no waistline and no entrance exam but it's very hard and it's very expensive like $6000 X semester with only one nursing class. I want to transfer to Rutgers for the bsn program but I heard the same thing that I have to bra Rutgers students in order to apply for the nursing program so I'm enrolling to any program take couple more prereqs and then transfer to the nursing program. Hi p-rosie! Hows the program? How much is the tuition per nursing credit? I don't ualify for financial aid and I'm planning to apply but I'm not sure yet. Also, are u working? Is it too hard for you not to work? Sorry if I'm asking too much but I work FT in a hospital and I can't afford going to school without working. Please let me know anything.. Thank you ☺️
