2013 NIU nursing students (prospective!)

Hello there! I am a prospective NIU Nursing student! I currently have a 3.9 GPA and I got a 110 on the Accuplacer... I have gotten into all my other schools like AU, Bradley, Western IL, Saint Xavier, but I sit here waiting on NIU! Does anybody know when NIU will contact you if you got in (transfer students)? I am very eager! NIU is my goal school and I got into all my other options, but I WANT NIU THE MOST! The suspense is killing me and anybody with more info I would greatly appreciate it! OR anybody else who is applying to NIU for 2013 join in! I'm curious to see what the prospective students are bringing to the table! Chat with ya later.

This wait is just killing me..... Why is NIU the last to send the letters out? this is something i don't understand. Do they really need more than 2 months to evaluate those applications? SMH

I know :/ How many nursing classes have you taken so far? I went to Moraine and finished the first semester, but I moved from Oak Lawn to Sugar Grove so now I'm way out of that district. I also took a year and a half off because I had a baby last summer, but she's 7 1/2 months old now. It looks like NIU has great childcare, so I'm hoping to be able to take advantage of that, if possible. I'm not sure when clinicals would be.

For the first semester of nursing classes, in the fall 2013 anyway, it looks like a majority of the lectures are offered Tuesday or Thursday, besides a couple of Monday afternoon options. And then the clinical choices are late afternoon/early evening Monday, Wednesday morning, or Wednesday afternoon.

Mine says the same thing. I noticed one of the nursing prereqs is coming up as needed that I already completed, though maybe that isn't all finalized yet. Hopefully, anyway!

Where does it say that? I don't see anything on mine that says that - it just says that my major is Pre-Nursing. Dear lord, I hope I didn't screw something up!
