NICU Nurse extern

I recently just got a position as a nurse extern in the NICU and I'm looking for some books or resources to help me be more prepared. Since this is the area I want to work in after graduation I would love to start learning now. Any and all advice is appreciative.

The 2 go to books for neonatal are Merenstein & Gardner's Handbook of neonatal intensive care or Core curriculum for neonatal intensive care nursing. They provide the same kind of info so either is fine.
