NICU at kaiser vallejo or santa clara?

Anyone have any experience working at either of these? I know Kaiser in general has a bad rep but it does very from hospital and unit .

Any information appreciated.

The only recurring complaints about Kaiser are about floating, specifically every four hours at times. Worth asking about if you don't want to be floated to mother/baby, but it is less likely than say an ICU nurse floating to multiple units.

NICU nurses will be expected to do Peds, Mother and Baby and maybe PICU.
