Starting a thread here since I haven’t seen one yet - just noticed a credit pull a few days ago. Application still says under review.
I’m an NP, first year applying. Worried about credit - I don’t have anything in default but I did get behind on a few credit cards recently. Hopefully this doesn’t have an adverse effect on my application.
I am a Pediatric NP working in primary care. I was notified of an award for the loan repayment program in June and yesterday I received my notification of the award being disbursed within 90 days.
Don't lose hope. 3 years ago when I got accepted to the Nurse Corp program, I received my notification the 1st week of September. Also, in the emails we received about the programs when the application cycles opened, it was mentioned that everybody who qualified for award received one last year and they encouraged us to apply. Best of luck!

I received notification from Nurse Corp but the award would be significantly less than the NHSC loan repayment.
Still waiting here, I'm still showing under review for NHSC LRP. I'm a peds primary care NP.
