Hi everyone!
I'm looking for a good advise about NHS Bristol hospitals.
Is there someone whohave worked there for a while to give me a feedback?
Many thanks

Im interested if anyone has heard anything about the environment in Southmead Hospital ICU. They seem to be advertising almost constantly which can mean they are either terrible to work for and chronically understaffed, they are really picky or they are extending their capacity.
I have an interview here really soon and would love if anyone has heard anything.

I did some agency shifts at Southmead a few months ago on mostly medical wards and I found them to be really pleasant. Nurses and doctors were nice, lots of students, management a bit haphazard but not dissimilar to many places I've worked at. Very reliant on EU nurses and I don't think Brexit has helped. Bristol hospitals have unfortunately built up a bad reputation due to it's children's services, but I found it a nice place to work. Bad parking but brand new facilities
