Hey everyone, hope all are doing well. I just got contacted by an admissions director at NYU saying my application was accelerated (since she contacted me about missing pre reqs) even though I applied non-accelerated. Has this happened to anyone?

What does everyone's deadline say on their application checklist? Curious if we all have different dates listed

I applied august 22nd, 2025. 

Application checklist says: At this time your application file is complete. If we need any additional supporting materials, we will reach out to you via email.

Not sure what is going on, I will email them today.

Mine says this as well - I also applied late August, Hopefully we hear back soon!

Oct 31. I forgot to add my prereqs that are in progress so I added them today LOL.

Huge congrats to everyone that got accepted! I just sent in my admissions deposit and was wondering if anyone here was interested in starting a group chat / Facebook group to get connected for the cohort. I am moving from CA and wanted to see if anyone else is trying to navigate life moving in from out of state, lmk!

Hey! I also sent in my admission deposit, and was interested in making a groupchat/facebook group. I am moving from NJ so I am pretty close by.

FB links are allowed, if you have less than 15 substantial posts. 

After you have 15 substantial posts, other social media links are then allowed to be posted.
