Thanks! When you apply they have a section where you enter the pre-requisites and what grade you received and/or which ones are in progress.

Thanks this is helpful. I've been out of school for a while so my only letters would come from my current employer but wanted to see if anyone had been accepted without including any.

Hi everyone, I'm currently taking my pre reqs online through portage learning but now I just noticed that on the NYU website it says that the online pre reqs are acceptable except chemistry. Has anyone been accepted with a chem online course? And if I apply should I put that my chemistry pre req is still in progress and take it in person?

Hi everyone,

I know this page is for this year's applicants, but I'm hoping to get some advice on the application process from you all.

I'm planning to apply to the ABSN program at NYU next year. They mention that recommendation letters are recommended but not required. For those of you who have completed the program or are currently in it, did you include letters of recommendation in your application?

@ChloeKim I added two recommendations letters. It does not  hurt to include them. Also the recommendations will give NYU a better idea of who you are as a person/student/ employee. I say add them.

Hello! I'm currently in the program. I added one recommendation letter. It's not required but I would suggest it to help boost your application. It would give them a better idea of who you are.
