I got accepted on Friday, but before that I called admissions and they said they admit some people as late as January 15th.

When did you apply ? Some of my friends who were admitted last cycle told me that the deadlines for starting meyers in Spring are all in December, not too sure

I applied on September 15th, so priority.

For those who are stilling waiting for a decision, did anyone get an update? Are they done with accepting students?

Believe they're done now because people started getting their rejections already but u can reach out to the admissions ,but they're pretty much useless

Anyone still waiting ?

I am. I don't know what to think at this point. I mean if I'm rejected I have to wait forever for that notification as well. Smh.... I'm starting to think I'm rejected and I'm not going to get a rejection letter. They're probably like why bother, she will figure it out eventually ?

My checklist disappeared today....no update to Albert though.

yep and my checklist disappeared today.

I received my rejection letter today. Good luck to those who were accepted and those who are still waiting.

Hi everyone! I'd really appreciate some feedback here. So I'm not an ABSN Spring 2024 applicant and I'm not an ABSN applicant at all actually since I'm applying as a regular transfer from a community college. I haven't completed an associates but I will have 44 credits completed by the application deadline (April 1st). My overall GPA is a 3.97 and my science GPA is a 3.94. I'm applying to many nursing BSN programs in the NYC area as a transfer but my top choice is NYU. I'm just not sure if I should apply. I want to transfer into a nursing BSN program ASAP just so that I can get a start in a formal program sooner. At my community college, I'm enrolled as a biology major but I want to switch to nursing since I can only see myself working in healthcare (hospitals specifically). I'm just not sure if I should even bother applying or if I even have a chance.

I think they might ask about my high school records since I'm a regular transfer and I did have a 94/100 overall average in HS and I had some really strong extracurriculars and awards too. I have been volunteering at a local family medicine clinic for a year now and I will be starting to volunteer at a health community center after the new year. Should I even apply and do I have a chance? I'd greatly appreciate any tips/feedback since I feel so clueless :)

On the site it says letter of recommendations are encouraged but not required. Anyone here been accepted without one?

I got accepted with 3 pre-reqs in progress!

Hi! Congrats! I am applying for Fall 2024 and I have one prereq in progress. How did you let them know you have those courses in progress? Thanks!
