Does the UAE have a board of nursing? The closest I've been to Abu Dhabi was a couple months ago when a headhunter contacted my husband about a position based there. (He's a chief financial officer...not a nursing position.) I wonder if there is a reciprocity policy where they've agreed that having passed a nursing board exam--in this case, the NCLEX in the US--a nurse is competent to practice in the UAE also? A UAE board of nursing type body would be the best source to ask this info, I think.

thread moved to international nursing for best response and duplicate threads merged as per the Terms of Service. This question would probably be best answered by HADD. Healthcare Professionals

Yes, there is a new law with HAAD. If you are holding a USRN, you are exempted for HAAD exam. Your next step will be DATAFLOW and licensing. For Dataflow, there is a company who is processing DATAFLOW i saw in facebook.. the name is NEAC Exam Application

Yes It is true. You are exempted and you meet their PQR requirements.
YOu must go to DATAFLOW group HAAD then fill up the applications.
Then HAAD website is next.
