New York City Agencies or Travel Companies

Hi all!

I would love to come and spend some time in the big apple! I'm tired of working per diem, but haven't found much in the way of travel contracts in New York City that paid very well. Some travel recruiters have told me that it's better to go with a local agency in NYC. Does anyone know of an agency or company that reliably does 3-6 month contracts for staff nurses in NYC? I would want housing and bennies.

i work with cctc as mentioned and i went to new york... as far as the company and houseing... worked fine! the thing was the hospital i chose was a bad bad choice. Roosevelt ... dont go there in a million years~

yes first day health and dental and i think they jsut started a vision plan too

so what are the cons of working for a agency, they pay good, they give health benefits and they find you a job????
