New SFSU/CSM ABSN Spring 2019

Is anyone applying for this? It's the replacement for the SFSU/Sequoia program. At CSM instead of Canada. 1 year instead of 2. Must have a previous Bachelor's degree since it's an ABSN now. I don't see a thread for it yet...

Really want to apply, but afraid my science prereqs might be expired.

It's a group interview but I can't really say because they explicitly asked me not to share the interview process. Just practice your questions and try to make the best impression possible.

@thatnewnewI completely support that - it's not fair to those who go first. We can all do the research/preparation on our own.

Did anyone find out how many applicants there were? I heard they interviewed over 100 people.

Guys, I'm so worried... I think I did really badly on my interview because I didn't prepare enough and I got stuck and paused for some time on my first question. I did better in my introduction and on my second question but I'm so mad at myself, and now I really want to get into this program ?

I'm trying to tell myself that even if I did amazingly well on my interview, I might not even get in because they're interviewing 100+ people and only accepting 40... sorry just needed to rant a bit, the waiting is killing me

@IJUSTGOTHERE Over 100 candidates? And only 40 spots. Terrified now! Who did you hear this from? A credible source? It would be interesting to find out the # of applicants.

@basenji95 we're all in the same boat. April 26th is going to be a nerve-wracking day. No point in worrying until then (although easier said than done). I want it badly too. Step 2 is over. Congrats in completing the interview!

I asked one of the proctors. Once the results come out, I am sure we will know the official numbers!
