New RN positions in Portland, Oregon & Vancouver, Washington.

I am thinking of relocating to that area by OR/WA border, but wondering what the job market was like for new RNs.

I live in southern WA, my hospital is hiring new RNs all of the time. But to be honest it isn't the greatest hospital. People come here for 1-2 years, complete their residency contract then leave.

The decent hospitals still have lots of positions open but not usually for new grads.
