New RN looking for NICU position in PA

I am a new grad since May 2010 searching for a NICU position in PA. It seems to be difficult to find NICU positions, let alone a NICU position that is willing to take a new graduate. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I know Hershey has openings in NICU, but they want 6 months experience which I do not have.

I just graduated in September and recently got a job in the NICU at CHOP, so I know they hire new grads!!

Hello! I am going to be a new graduate this coming May and I was wondering if you could possibly give me a little insight on the hiring status of the NICU at CHOP??? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much!
