I am applying for a new position within my hospital, do you think I should put in education section on my resume that I am currently working on my MSN with my anticipated graduation date?

Yes, I would.
I wasn't sure.. but I felt like I should. Especially since maybe they'll hire me as an NP when I'm done! Thanks for your help!

When I was applying to places before graduation I stated:
"Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Concentration in Nursing Education, Expected May, 2010"
You can say "Anticipated, To be awarded, Expected graduation" etc.
Good luck!!!
