Was just wandering if the doctors were difficult to work with.

It's just like any other work place out there. There are going to be difficult people. It may be the surgeons or it may be the other coworkers but unfortunately, you will have to work with people who are hard to get along with.

This is so true! And do not take things so personal...hurt people usually hurt people. So, if they are acting a mess most likely it is because they have some insecurities. I usually pray for them and keep it moving...I do not have time worrying them. And never vent to another coworker about the other coworker. "The person who brings the bone..." I forgot the saying but the moral of story is do not trust anyone...even the older employees...especially the women!

No matter where you work, including outside of nursing, there will always be people who are easy to work with and people who aren't easy to work with.
