New to all nurses, Looking for NY schools

Hey guys I am new on the this site, I have always used it to find out some school info but this is my first time actually having an account. Ok!! so I needd help.... I am not that young 25-30 and I wasted a lot of my time in life and also a lot of money trying to get into nursing school.

1.I am from NYC and I took ap 1and 2 in chicago state university got a b in both the took chem twice and ff then took nutrition and got c+ I got sooooo discouraged i quit and worked in a hospital for 6 yrs. then I went back to bmcc for liberal arts and now my gpa i 3.571, then I thought that medger evers was the place to be so I went there and took mircro got a c+. Ok so now I am actually about to graduate from BMCC with my AAS in Lib arts. I am looking for a nursing school, I am poor in math but I am willing to work my ass off... I have great volunteer, background I am thinking of LIU but when when I added all my classes together I am only at a 2.71 gpa... pls someone help give me advice what can I do I feel like schools like LIU I can get into because they offer direct entry, but I tried to hide my bad transcripts from them but they can see it on my bmcc records, pls pls help me someone tell me what to do.. i dont want graduate and be idol... I need a school by spring 2014... Help. can i still get in LIU with Fs on my record and a 2.71... I mean I changed my life around and I have not gotten a B in years I have a A- A student for a while. Yellllpppppp I feel so dumb
