The whole reason i came signed on to allnurses.com today is because Im having the same anxiety.
The good news is, youre going to have a preceptor.
As far as an organizational sheet of paper goes, I would like one too!
Its been so long since I've been in clinical and put my hands on someone, I hope it's like riding a bike. I hope everything will fall into place. We'll see...stay tuned.

I graduated in May of 10 and took my boards in July. Went to my first interview, for a job I really wanted at a hospital I really wanted to work at and when I left the building and started my car my phone rang and they offered me the job! I was sooo excited I accepted immediately and I start next monday for my hospital orientation.... Now; im starting to freak out a bit!! I went today and bought new scrubs and a book to read about your first year of nursing... everyone Ive met at the hospital and on my floor have been sooo nice, I sure hope they stay that way. The biggest worry I have is organization!!!!! I can take care of one patient all day long, like in clinical, but having 6-8 a day; im not so sure.. any advice would be greatly appreciated, and if anyone has a good form they use for organizing thier day I would love ya forever!!! thanks for your advice ahead of time!!!
