New NP's....What was your job offer?

When you first got hired on what were you offered?

What was your first years income? Did you work a salary job?

I know the responses will vary greatly as location and settings can be so different. I am trying to get an idea of what an acceptable offer is right out of school.

You need to include practice setting. I would be surprised if the above response by Designer NP includes family practice.

That was FT, I now make more than that PT

family practice (independent, private practice)

24 hours of call /per 2 weeks

No weekends, no holidays, no hospital duties
