no. mexico does not require ssn before the release of your license... just pass it and youwill get your license.. goodluck

Foreign graduates who are non-US residents can apply to the NM BON and get their actual license when they pass the NCLEX exams without the need for an SSN. However, when you need to renew your license (which is good for two years), you cannot do it without an SSN.
