Hi,

I'm new to this group and think this method of communication is a great idea. I've looked all over for an idea of the rates for shift differential for eve and nights - M-F, weekends and holidays in the Nashville, TN area. I can find hourly rates, salaries etc, but shift diff is difficult to find - even for my HR dept.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I think that shift differential rates depend on the hospital in question. You could post this question in the TN forum and see if you get some answers for your area.

What rate info did you find? I am moving to Nashville soon and am having trouble finding pay rate info for the Nash hospitals.
