new mandatory ot law

do you think the new law going into effect 3/4/08 will make any difference in the amount of mandatory ot?or do you think the hospitals will just get around it somehow?i do work in a RI hospital with mandatory ot but i am not sure how much effect if any this law will actually have .

I think it helps if your hospital has a union...mine has a form you can fill out if someone tries to mandate you and your union rep takes care of it.
