Hello everyone. New here. Just (literally) got home from taking the NCLEX. Shut off at 75. Had some darn hard questions. Had about 10-12 of the SATA/Priority/delegation type questions, and some easier questions thrown in. Had a few questions where I just guessed. I'm hoping I passed, seeing as the difficulty level was up there. Would one know if they were really bombing and it shut off at 75?

Chad... By the sound of it..... you kicked butt! Statistics show that the types of questions you had reflect higher end questions. Are you a fast result state?
Thank you kindly!
I'm in California, home of the lazy, union-protected state employees, who ain't gonna move any faster than they need to, and who'll "get to it when they can". Just dealing with them on the phone for my IP was horrible. So, this is why I ask.

Lol, you are so right chad. I am also in California and took my exam on Jan 29th and still waiting for the results.I keep calling them and they keep telling me that they havn't processed it yet. I don't know what to think. It is so fraustrating. anyways, i think i failed so i already started Suzannes plan. You should just relax, i know it is easy to say than do but its only been two days. Hope you get your result soon.

Hi all,
I took my test yesterday, turned off at 75. I have no idea how I did. Does anyone know the data on how many people don't pass that get 75 questions.
I will find out tomorrow which feels like an eternity.
thanks

For those of you in California...especially the one who took the test in January....go to the California BON website and follow the link for license holders
http://www2.dca.ca.gov/pls/wllpub/wllqryna$lcev2.startup?p_qte_code=RN&p_qte_pgm_code=7800
Try the link above. Type your name in, make sure to click the box "Match any part of name" (just in case the spelling may be weird or something) and then click find. The BON gets the results usually a few days after you test and post the results waaaaay before you get them in the mail. I just got mine today and I tested on Monday. They were actually probably posted yesterday but I didn't check.
It actually doesn't post the results...if you passed it will oist your name w/ RN behind it and your license number. If you passed it really should be on there by now. Everyone I know has had there info posted within a week of testing and usually just couple of days.
