Hi i know this will be a common questions...

Im a US citizen and will be graduating this March and i have completed most of my required cases. My fiance is also a Nursing Graduate (Fil citizen) and will be coming home with me to New Jersey. Now the question is, what are the Requirements for my fiance to take the NCLEX in NJ? I know she will be needing the TOEFL... but on the other hand my concern is what i will be needing also before i return back to the states? The RLE cases that i have completed will they be questioned? Is there anyone here from NJ that has studied abroad help us out? id appreciate it very much! thanks

Check with the board of nursing NJ, as I know some boards requiring a local board first, before you can apply for CGFNS evaluation and they will advice you some attachment like TOR, PRC and so forth,by then they are the one who forward that evaluation to the boards and that's the time you can apply to sit for NCLEX. I'm gone to this procedure, glad got it and had the job. Goodluck!

You are both required to complete an application for licensure as graduates of a foreign nursing program. You are both required to take the TOEFL and go through the CES process through CGFNS. It doesn't sound like you and her need to pass the NLE (you are not eligible to apply to take it anyway because you are not a Philippine citizen). The steps are clearly stated in the form:
