  1. Check with the board of nursing NJ, as I know some boards requiring a local board first, before you can apply for CGFNS evaluation and they will advice you some attachment like TOR, PRC and so forth,by then they are the one who forward that evaluation to the boards and that's the time you can apply to sit for NCLEX. I'm gone to this procedure, glad got it and had the job. Goodluck!
