New Graduate Residency February 2024 at Baylor Scott and White BUMC

Hello, 

I got a job offer for the new grad residency at BUMC. I am between 2 places to choose and want to know some information about the place before I decide. 

What are the shift differentials for 2024 novice-level nurse. I will be in the trauma unit in the medsurg ortho unit.

How is the environment?  are people laid back and open or very "cliquey"?

once you finish your residency program (1 year?), are you able to easily transfer to other departments such as the ED, or do you have to stay for one more year in the unit you are?
