Hello fellow nurses and health care providers,
I am looking for some advice. I am a new graduate nurse and after successfully completing my NCLEX I got my first job!! So my first job is on an integrated medicine and rehabilitation services floor. From what I understand the floor is split with medical patients and rehabilitation patients. I am very anxious to start in just under a month. I have been doing my best to study up on things before studying as I want to be as prepared as I can be. What are some things I should look into/study up on before starting, any advice?
Thanks in advance!
Cheers

Your biggest challenge as a new grad nurse is going to be learning how to delegate and time management. Those come with experience more than through focused study. Your best preparation is going to be getting ample rest and building good habits for self care.
Congratulations on your new job!
