New Graduate - HELP :)

Hello!

I just recently graduated from school with my ADN, and am a registered nurse in the state of Delaware. I am having the worst time getting a position anywhere! I have applied and applied and applied. The only place that offered me a position, or even called me, was a pediatric office that wanted to pay near minimum wage and wanted me to promise that I would stay with their company for 3 years. I have no relative experience, except my clinical rotations.

Any advice?

Yes!!! Go to CHRISTIANACARE.Org and apply to VNA!! They hire new grads!! I was a LPN there and they hired me on as an RN when I was finished. I believe there may be an posting now!! Look for NURSE NETWORK!! Good luck!!

Agree with the above... they are a good way to get into CCHS and you can bid out to the hospital in 6 months (you get first dibs as an internal applicant before th position is posted external to everyone else)
