I've been visiting this site regularly for the past few months. I finally decided to register and post a thread. It's probably because I'm feeling a little (ok, a LOT) anxious because I'm taking the NCLEX in less than a week.
I certainly don't feel like I know everything...am I supposed to feel like I do? I've been doing lots of practice questions from various sources (Mosby, Kaplan, Saunder's) and I usually score pretty well (low 80s).
This week I'm planning on making sure I know my normal lab values, cranial nerves, and I'm going to brush up on topics that seem to have floated out of my memory (ie, renal).
Any other suggestions? Oh, and I'm getting a pedicure on Friday to help me relax.

Good luck to you on your test. Just remember to relax (Yeah right!!). You have went to nursing school and studied so hard for this day. You can do it!! I'll be praying for you and sending positive thoughts your way.

Two of the best pieces of advise: Remember the boards want "text-book" answers, not real world answers. Also, you have been in school all this time and you passed. Dont "cram" for the boards. Enjoy your pedicure on Friday!
Good luck to you!

Good Luck on Sat. Just remember that if you come out feeling like you did not know a thing then you probably passed. Make plans for the weekend to keep yourself busy..
Keep us posted...

I am taking an NCLEX review right now and we were told that if you are testing between 75-85% on the review questions then you are doing very well.
Good luck and let us know how you did.
How your pedicure is relaxing. Great idea!
