ADN and BSN make the same, but getting hired with an ASN @ Memorial, Methodist, MD Anderson, or St. Lukes as a new grad is hard or impossible depending on the facility.
Last I saw, Hermann new grads were starting around $27.50/hr? I think Methodist is about the same. It may have gone up some since I last looked.
Most facilities pay the same hourly rate regardless of what location you work at (like with Hermann, a new grad makes the same @ TMC as they do at Pearland), but some of them do pay a location bonus (which usually covers the cost of parking).

Thanks for the Info!

I've seen some older threads covering new grad salaries in the Houston metro area specifically the Med Center, but I couldn't find anything current. Any new grads out there working in the med center willing to share the pay scale? Just to get an idea of what I may be making. I'm not sure if ADN vs BSN have any pay difference, but I am currently obtaining my BSN. I am not yet a RN. Thank you.
