New grad RN

Hello,

I am a new ADN grad RN. I am located in Los Angeles area. I've been looking for a job with no luck so far. Everywhere I try to apply they ask for BSN and 1-2 years of experience. I would like to hear any suggestions. What should I do? Was anyone on the same situation and found light at the end of the tunnel? Thank You!!!

Either settle for a SNF job, or choose to relocate to an area with a healthier market.

Also look into everything that is not acute care.
