Hi everyone,
I passed my NCLEX. However, as an F-1 student I can’t work in the USA without a work permit or greencard sponsorship. I was denied OPT and I was stuck. Is there a way that I can get sponsorship for a greencard or even H1B without the OPT? Has anyone had a similar experience? Any feedback is welcome
thank you

I don't know about immigration laws or which country you are from, but try in Texas big medical areas like Houston ,Austin Dallas, they have tons of foreign nurses, you speak and write English, so find a immigration service, ask your school etc.
Good luck to you.

Hey!! I graduated from a US school as well, although not under an F1 Visa! I’ll be taking my NCLEX in a month and I’m looking for visa sponsorship as well. Most of the companies I have looked into only offer that option with F1 visa students who are on OPT. how were you able to find sponsorship without the OPT.
If you don’t mind sharing, I would greatly appreciate your advice!
from a sister,
kind regards!
